I'm sure XS will be big enough for Caden; he still seems like a tiny little guy to me!

Exercise is much more enjoyable without others breathing down your neck, I'm sure. All that pressure can make it less than fun, esp. if command PT's idea of fun is as regimented and gung ho as possible. Bleah...

About Bryce's map skills: That's so awesome! Especially when you remember that neither one of us (I'm sure) even knew Bahrain existed when we were six. btw, I bought a camel shirt for Caden, but all they had was XS. Is that big enough?

About exercise: The swimming did seem to help; however, command PT always adds MORE stress to my life. So I'm not real fond of exercising. But being in the pool--on my terms--without any pressure to perform or "get better" or keep up or even maintain a heart rate for a certain amount of time--was nice. I could relax and just float whenever I wanted to. I didn't have to "keep working out" the whole time.

btw, you'll be happy to know that Bryce can find Bahrain on a globe. Faster than I can. :) I didn't think it was labeled on ours, but he said, "here it is, Mommy. It's this orange dot!"

Excercise is such a GREAT stress reliever!!! Jeff can tell you I am much happier and less snappy when I have been to the gym regularly. When I miss a few days, I am a GRUMP.

Take yesterday, for example. I woke up cranky and tired, did NOT want to go to the gym, but I went anyway and spent about 2 hours - totally changed the path of my day.

I highly recommend it. When you LEAST feel like exercising, that's when you NEED it the most!!! ;)

Hang in there!!
